Simple Salmon


  • 1 packet Ground 2 Table Spice Blend 10
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pieces salmon fillet (6oz each) with skin
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Preheat oven to 425°F. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, Spice Blend 10, salt and pepper. Put salmon, skin side down, in a baking dish, and spoon glaze over each piece of fish. Bake until the salmon is just cooked through, no longer red, 6 to 8 minutes.
